Salted Egg Corn Flakes

Crispy cornflakes coated with buttery salted egg sauce.
You might want to keep an eye out for these addictive cornflakes though, your kids might just finish them in the blink of an eye!!

Ingredients:

60g OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder
100g unsalted butter
20g chilli
40g curry leave
500g corn flakes
100g cashew nuts

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, saute chilli and curry leaves until fragrant.
2. Add in OKI salted egg seasoning powder and stir constantly until foamy.
3. Then add in corn flakes and cashew nuts, gently stir to coat evenly.
4. Pour and spread a thin layer of the mixture onto a baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
5. Let it cool completely then store in an airtight container.
