Luncheon Meat with Scrambled Egg on Rice

Try this simple and yummy luncheon meat with scrambled eggs on rice?!!
Just takes 15 minutes!!

Ingredients:

OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
3 eggs
2 tbsps of fresh milk
Luncheon Meat
½ yellow onion
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of sugar
Cooked rice
Mayonnaise
Seaweed seasoning

Cooking Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. Heat OKI premium sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add in egg mixture and wait for 5 seconds, then use a spatula to pull the cooked outer edge in towards the center of the eggs. The uncooked parts of the eggs will flood to the area you just pulled back from. Repeat the pulling action. Once done, set aside.
2. Pour some OKI premium sunflower oil in the frying pan and fry the cubed luncheon meat. Once done, set aside.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of Oki premium sunflower oil in the frying pan, then add in sliced yellow onion and fry. Add soy sauce and sugar. Stir fry until cooked and set aside.
4. Scoop some cooked rice into a bowl, cover the rice with fried onions then add the scrambled eggs. Add some luncheon meat on top of the scrambled eggs. Serve with mayonnaise and seaweed seasoning. Enjoy!!
