Salted Egg Rempeyek
Today, we’re sharing a new level of savoury Rempeyek?!!
Flavoured with OKI salted egg seasoning powder, definitely a snack that would satisfy all the guests during Raya!

Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic
4 chili
1 candlenut
10g of curry leave
1 tsp lime water
1 tsp salt
1 egg
350ml water
180g rice flour
30g corn flour
1L OKI Peanut Aroma Premium Cooking Oil
50g Dhal (soaked)
120g OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder
5g paprika powder
20g curry powder
30g icing sugar
10g garlic powder
5g white pepper
4 chili
1 candlenut
10g of curry leave
1 tsp lime water
1 tsp salt
1 egg

Cooking Instructions
1. Add in garlic, chili, candlenut, curry leave, lime water, salt, egg and water to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add in rice flour and corn flour. Mix until well combined.
3. Heat OKI peanut aroma premium cooking oil in a wok, then heat the Rempeyek mold in the hot oil.
4. Fill the mold with a thin layer of batter and sprinkle with some Dhal. Fry until golden brown.
5. In a large mixing bowl, sift OKI salted egg seasoning powder, paprika powder curry powder, icing sugar, garlic powder and white pepper. Mix well then sprinkle over fried Rempeyek and coat evenly. Enjoy!!
