Salmon Mushroom Fusilli
After a long and tiring day at work, treat yourself and your kid to this quick and easy Fusilli pasta, a healthier and lighter meal.
Ingredients:
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
150g fusilli
300g salmon
Salt
Pepper
3 cloves of garlic
½ Holland onion
4 brown mushrooms
Broccoli
¾ cup of milk

Cooking Instructions
1. Cook the fusilli according to the package instructions. Set aside.
2. Blanch the broccoli until cooked, set aside.
3. Cut the salmon into bite size. Marinate with salt and pepper.
4. Heat OKI premium sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium low heat, pan fry the salmon until half cooked, then add in minced garlic, onion and brown mushrooms. Stir fry until fragrant, add in cooked broccoli, cooked fusilli and milk. Mix through then season with salt and pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
