OKI Father’s Day Giveaway 2024

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Subject to clause 1.2 below, any person who is 18 years old and above (as at the date of event), and is a Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident or a foreigner currently residing in Singapore may submit the entry to take part in the contest.

1.2 Employees and immediate family members of Ngo Chew Hong Edible Oil Pte Ltd (henceforth referred to as the Organizer) and related companies are not eligible to participate in this contest.

1.3 A contestant or potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility, compliance with all terms and conditions set forth and fulfilment of the required procedures as stated in the contest post within the contest period. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to give any reasons whatsoever.

1.4 Each individual is only allowed one entry for each on OKI Singapore’s social media platforms. Repeated entries with repeated content will be deemed invalid.

1.5 Any late entry will not be entertained.

1.6 Submission of entries implies automatic acceptance of the terms & conditions of the contest. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Organizer is final.

Participants of Facebook have to:

Participants of Instagram have to:

  3. Share your heart warming moment with your unsung hero father in the comments below. Whether it’s a touching memory, a lesson learned, or simply a shoutout to express your love and gratitude, we want to hear it all!

Contest Period: 1st June – 10th June 2024 at 2359hrs.

 

 

2. WINNERS

2.1 Winners will be selected at the Organizer’s sole discretion

2.2 One contestant is entitled to win ONE (1) prize only whether from OKI Singapore’s Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok.

2.3 The potential winner will be contacted through:

  1. a) Facebook – OKI Singapore, the organiser will private message to the potential winners of Facebook directly.
  2. b) Instagram – OKI Singapore, the organiser will private message to the potential winners of Instagram directly.
  3. c) Tik Tok – OKI Singapore, the organiser will private message to the potential winners of Tik Tok directly.

2.4 The Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok potential winners have to provide their personal details (full name and the last three numerical digits & letters as stated in NRIC or relevant identification documents for foreigners, country of residence, mailing address and contact number) and confirm their eligibility through private message to OKI Singapore Facebook/Instagram within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting their chance of winning the prize and a new potential winner will be selected.

2.5 The winner must claim the prize within 7 days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting their chance of winning the prize and the Organizer has the right to award the prizes to an alternative winner.

2.6 In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok account.

2.7 Winners will be announced on OKI Singapore Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.

2.8 Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to the Organizer to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the winners’ name, details, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purpose.

2.9 The decision of the Organiser is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

 

 

3. PRIZES

3.1 There are TWO winners each on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Each winner will receive a dining voucher worth $200. Total of 6 winners across the 3 platforms.

3.2 All prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity.

3.3 The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of an equivalent value without prior notice.

3.4 Prize cannot be replaced if lost and stolen.

 

 

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

4.1 The contest period commencement date is according to the date stated on OKI Singapore’s Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok Post. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the contest period or end the contest at any time without prior notice.

4.2 The Organizer will not be responsible or liable for any error (including error in notification of contest winner), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, of unauthorized access to entries, whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other cause outside its control.

4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these contest terms and conditions of without prior notice and at any time.
