  1. ORGANISER

1.1 This promotion is organised by Mewah Dairies Sdn Bhd and Moi Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“the Organisers”).

 

  1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

2.1 The giveaway runs from 22 Aug 2026 – 31 Aug 2026, 11:59 PM (“Giveaway Period”).

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 This giveaway is organised by Mewah Dairies Sdn Bhd and Moi Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd under the OKI Malaysia brand.

3.2 Employees of the Organiser, its related companies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

In celebration of Merdeka, we’re putting your local food knowledge to the test! 👀🍽️

4.1 Facebook Participation:

Participants must:

  2. Like & share this post (make sure your profile is public)
  3. Comment your answer (A, B, C, or D)

4.2 Instagram Participation:

Participants must:

  2. Like & share this post to your IGS and tag @oki.malaysia (make sure your profile is public)
  3. Comment your answer (A, B, C, or D)
  4. Tag 2 friends
    • Participants may only enter through one (1) platform, either Facebook or Instagram. Multiple entries across both platforms will result in disqualification.
    • Entries with incorrect answers, incomplete information, or failure to fulfil the participation requirements will be disqualified.
  1. PRIZE

5.1 There will be five (5) winners each on Facebook and Instagram. Each winner will receive one (1) OKI Mystery Box, for a total of 10 winners across both platforms.

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other items, and non-extendable.

5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value without prior notice.

5.4 Prizes lost or stolen will not be replaced.

5.5 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway, including winner selection, shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

 

  1. WINNER SELECTION

6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries that have fulfilled the participation requirements and submitted the correct answer.

6.2 Each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize only, regardless of platform.

6.3 Winners will be announced on OKI Malaysia’s official Facebook and Instagram pages and contacted via private message from the official OKI Malaysia account.

6.4 Winners must respond within 48 hours via private message and provide the following details for verification:

    • Full name
    • Last four digits of NRIC
    • Email address
    • Contact number
    • Residential address

Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in disqualification, and a new winner may be selected.

6.5 The personal information collected from winners will be used solely for prize fulfilment and giveaway administration purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

⚠️ Important:

Beware of scams. We will only contact you via the official OKI Malaysia account. We will never request banking information or ask you to click links for prize redemption.

Any account claiming to represent OKI Malaysia other than the official OKI Malaysia Facebook and Instagram accounts should be considered fraudulent.

 

  1. PRIZE REDEMPTION

7.1 Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winners.

 

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 Participants’ profiles must remain public during the Giveaway Period and winner verification process.

8.2 OKI Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, invalid, or suspicious entries.

 

  1. LIABILITY

9.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.

9.2 OKI Malaysia is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or lost entries.

 

  1. RIGHTS

10.1 By participating, entrants agree to allow OKI Malaysia to use their names, comments, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11.1 OKI Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
