Air Fryer Chicken Skewer
Take a break from the grill and make these quick and easy air fryer chicken skewers in less than 20 minutes.
It is so yummy, you would think it was grilled!
Ingredients:
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
500g chicken breast
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Salt
Black Pepper
1 tbsp paprika powder
Sugar
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper

Cooking Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces then marinate the chicken with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce salt, pepper, paprika powder, sugar and OKI sunflower oil for 10 minutes.
2. Slice the bell peppers into chunks roughly the same size as the chicken pieces.
3. Thread the marinated chicken pieces and bell pepper chunks onto the skewers. Leave a little space between each piece for even cooking.
4. Brush the skewers with OKI sunflower oil than assemble the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring the skewers are not overlapping. Cook them in the preheated air fryer for about 15 minutes, flip half way through, or until the chicken is cooked. Enjoy!!
