Air Fryer Enoki Mushrooms
Here’s a recipe for how to cook this tasty and yummy enoki mushroom using an air fryer?!!
Ingredients:
300g enoki mushroom
3 cloves garlic
½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp paprika powder
4 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
Spring Onion
Chili padi

Cooking Instructions
1. Trim away about 1 inch of the root section of the enoki mushroom then clean the remainder of the mushroom. Tear it into small bite sizes and put inside the aluminum round foil tray. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, put in chopped garlic, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, paprika powder, and hot OKI sunflower oil. Mix until well combined.
3. Drizzle the sauce over the enoki mushroom and air fry for 20 minutes for 200°C. Sprinkle with spring onion and chili padi, then air fry for another 2 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
