Ingredients:
400g bread flour
100g yoghurt
2 large eggs
4g salt
130g milk
50g sugar
5g dry yeast
36g OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
Chicken floss
Mayonnaise
Bak Kwa (small pieces)
Melted chocolate (for lion features)

Cooking Instructions
1. Combine chicken floss, mayonnaise, and bak kwa. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add bread flour, yoghurt, 1 large egg, salt, milk, sugar, dry yeast, and OKI Premium Sunflower Oil. Mix on low speed until a dough forms, then knead on medium speed for about 5 minutes until the dough reaches the windowpane stage.
3. Divide the dough into 11 portions (60g each), reserving some dough for the lion's ears and hands.
4. Flatten each portion, fill with the chicken floss and bak kwa mixture, and seal. Shape into balls and place on a baking tray. Add small dough pieces for ears and hands. Cover the dough while making the buns to prevent drying out. Then, proof for 1 hour.
5. Brush with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 18 minutes.
6. After baking, smear mayonnaise on the edges and add chicken floss.
7. Draw the lion's features with melted chocolate.
