Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
3 tbsp OKI premium sunflower oil
30g Butter
8 shrimps
Spaghetti
5 cloves of garlic
Some water
200ml cooking cream/pasta cream
Black pepper
Salt
2 slices of sliced cheese
Parsley flakes

Cooking Instructions
1. Clean and deshell the shrimps, then set them aside.
2. Heat OKI premium sunflower oil in a pan, add butter, and pan-fry the shrimps until cooked. Set aside.
3. Boil water in a pot with a dash of OKI premium sunflower oil and a pinch of salt. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and cool in ice water. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, fry the prawn heads until fragrant, then remove them. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add a splash of water and the cooking cream. Season with black pepper and salt.
5. Stir in the cooked shrimps and spaghetti. Add the cheese slices and parsley flakes, stirring until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
