Fragrant Spicy Prawns

A quick prawn recipe loaded with BIG flavours??!
This spicy sauce is so yummy and easy to make! ⏱15 minutes, start to finish!

Ingredients:

20ml OKI Premium Soybean Oil
12 whole large prawns
4 cloves garlic
10 shallots
2 chilli padi
50ml Chinese wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 stalks spring onion

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat OKI Soybean bean oil in a frying pan, then pan fry prawns until cooked. Set aside.
2. With the remaining cooking oil, add in chopped garlic and shallots, fry until garlic turns golden. Then add in chilli padi, Chinese wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and chopped spring onion. Stir and cook until the sauce become thicken.
3. Drizzle the sauce over the prawns. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
