Kimchi Pancake

These super easy kimchi pancakes are a great crowd pleasing appetizer?
A perfect combination of crunchy and chewy. You'll have to give this a try!
Enjoy with a spicy soy dipping sauce. Yum!!?

Ingredients:

OKI Premium Canola Oil
80g all purpose flour
150g kimchi, roughly chopped
½ cup of kimchi juice
2 eggs
1 scallion, chopped
1 teaspoon of salt

Cooking Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine kimchi, kimchi juice and all purpose flour until well combined.
2. Add in eggs, scallion and salt, use a pair of chopsticks to stir the mixture until well combined.
3. Heat OKI canola oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add the batter to the pan, spreading it in an even layer. Fry until browned on one side. Then flip the pancake and continue to cook until browned on the other side. Enjoy with dipping sauce!
