Cooking Instructions
1. In a plate, mix 20g of sugar with black sesame powder. In another plate, mix 20g of sugar with peanut powder. If the peanut powder contained sugar, you can skip this step.
2. To prepare muah chee batter. Add in glutinous rice flour, corn flour and salt into a mixing bowl and mix evenly. Pour the water into the bowl and stir well. Then add in OKI sunflower oil to the mixture and stir well.
3. Transfer the batter into a pan and steam the batter over high heat for 15 minutes. Check if the batter is ready by using a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, then muah chee dough is ready.
4. Coat the chopsticks and scissor with some OKI sunflower oil to prevent muah chee dough stick on it. Stir the muah chee dough with the chopsticks until it reaches a springy consistency. Then cut the dough into bite-sized pieces. Coat with sesame or peanut mixture. Enjoy.
