Ingredients:
3 cups of OKI Premium Canola Oil
5 tbsps of butter (salted)
½ Onion
5 cloves garlic
4 chilli padi
2 stalks curry leaves
120g OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder
2 pcs chicken fillets
1 tbsp cornflour
¼ cup of water
Spring roll pastry

Cooking Instructions
1. To make the filling, heat salted butter in a pan, add in chopped onion, garlic, chilli padi and curry leaves. Stir fry until fragrance. Then add in OKI salted egg seasoning powder into the frying pan. Mix until well combined.
2. Add in chicken fillets and fry until cooked. Then add in corn starch mixture (cornflour + water) and cook until salted egg chicken filling thicken.
3. To assemble the samosas, place a piece of spring roll pastry on a plate, scoop a tablespoon of salted egg chicken on the end of spring roll pastry, then fold up into a triangle and continue to fold until the filling encases in the pastry.
4. Spread a little water onto the edge and seal the samosa. Set aside and continue with the remaining ingredients.
5. Heat OKI Canola Oil in a frying pan then fry the salted egg chicken samosa until golden brown and crisp. Drain on kitchen towel before serving. Enjoy!!
