Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:

OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
8 chicken pieces
1 small cup lemon juice
Salt to taste
300gm yoghurt
1 tbs turmeric powder
2 tbs red chili powder
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tbs tandoori chicken masala powder
1 cube of butter

Cooking Instructions

1. Cut chicken into pieces and make small cuts on the chicken pieces.
2. Add lemon juices, salt and mix well. Marinate for 5 mins.
3. In a big bowl, add yoghurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and tandoori chicken masala powder, mix well.
4. Rub chicken pieces with tandoori mixture. Set aside and marinate for 30 mins.
5. Heat OKI Sunflower Oil in a pan, add 1 cube of butter, add marinated chicken into pan.
6. Pan fry the marinated chicken until it is golden brown on one side, turn to the other side and continue to pan fry until it is fully cooked.
7. Garnish with onion slices, lemons halves and chopped coriander.
8. Serve hot and enjoy.
