Ingredients:
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
Frozen roti prata
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
OKI Sweetened Beverage Creamer
Chocolate sauce

Cooking Instructions
1. Heat OKI premium sunflower oil over low heat.
2. Roll the frozen prata with a rolling pin to make it bigger and flatter. Take off one plastic layer and place the prata in a non-stick frying pan and spread the edge.
3. Cut up the banana into small pieces and put into a mixing bowl with egg. Stir to coat well.
4. Arrange the banana and some egg mixture in the center of frozen prata.
5. Fold in the corners of the prata to cover the bananas.
6. When the bottom part turns brown, flip it over. Keep flipping it back and forth until both sides are golden brown.
7. Let the Thai banana pancake cool down and cut into smaller pieces. Drizzle with OKI sweetened creamer and chocolate sauce. Enjoy.
