Terms & Conditions:

1. ORGANISER

1.1 This promotion is organised by Mewah Dairies Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”).

 

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

2.1 The giveaway runs from 11 May 2026 to 17 May 2026, 11:59 PM (“Giveaway Period”).

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 This giveaway is organised by OKI Malaysia. OKI Malaysia is a participating vendor at the marathon event and is not the event organiser.

3.2 Employees of the Organiser, its related companies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

4.1 Facebook Participation:

4.2 Instagram Participation:

5. PRIZE

5.1 There will be five (5) winners each on Facebook and Instagram. Each winner will receive an OKI Mystery Prize, for a total of 10 winners across both platforms.

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other items, and non-extendable.

5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value without prior notice.

5.4 Prizes lost or stolen will not be replaced.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION

6.1 Winners will be selected randomly from participants with correct answers.

6.2 Each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize only, regardless of platform.

6.3 Winners will be contacted via:

a) Facebook – a private message from the official OKI Malaysia account

b) Instagram – a private message from the official OKI Malaysia account

6.4 Winners must respond within 48 hours via private message and provide the following details for verification:

    • Full name
    • Last four digits of NRIC
    • Email address
    • Contact number
    • Residential address

Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.

⚠️ Important:

Beware of scams. We will only contact you via the official OKI Malaysia account. We will never request banking information or ask you to click links for prize redemption.

 

7. PRIZE REDEMPTION

7.1 Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winners.

 

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 Shared posts must remain public until winners are announced.

8.2 OKI Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, invalid, or suspicious entries.

 

9. LIABILITY

9.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.

9.2 OKI Malaysia is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or lost entries.

 

10. RIGHTS

10.1 By participating, entrants agree to allow OKI Malaysia to use their names, comments, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. AMENDMENTS

11.1 OKI Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
